These are the true events that have taken place against the Artist and muralist Daniel Pavon Cuellar, and how the theft took place and also how they have kidnapped his new born son and the murder of the artist father.

Samantha Jennifer Lowry, a British woman who the artist met during his vacation in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, claims to be pregnant with the child of the artist Daniel Pavon Cuellar, therefore she moves to Texas on September 2006
The child is born on March 2007 and Samantha Lowry claims she does not want the child, and not even to carry her last names, therefore, the father named the child Sebastian Pavon Cuellar.

Then, Samantha Lowry proposes to marry Daniel Pavon Cuellar, which he accepts and they decide to take a short trip to Mexico with their new born child.

Daniel Pavon Cuellar leave with the baby on May 25, 2007 and Samantha Lowry is to arrive three days later to Mexico City on May 28, 2007, Daniel Pavon Cuellar went to the station with flowers awaiting for her, but Samantha Jennifer Lowry does not arrive.

But the truth was Samantha Jennifer Lowry immediately trespassed into Daniel Pavon Cuellar homestead, and moved in with 8 people, some unknown man up to date.

Immediately began the removal of the 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings and other valuable property from the homestead of the artist at 7005 whispering creek Cr, Austin, Texas 78736

Even if Daniel Pavon Cuellar filed trespassing charges against her with the Austin Police Department and notified them also on the matters, Samantha Jennifer Lowry had a serious affair with a police detective Andrew Westbrook who, removed such Trespassing charges and any and all of the reports Daniel Pavon Cuellar will make following that day.

Samantha Lowry With a newly hired (May 29, 2007) attorney firm of Austin Texas, the Milner Law Firm, on May 30, 2007 they initiate a frivolous and secret Lawsuit, full of fraud upon the Travis County Court, even claiming by perjuries, the child was in Austin Texas with risk of International abduction and therefore to place restrictions against the father to obtain any travel documents, when in fact, Samantha Jennifer Lowry had all the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian Pavon Cuellar and they needed them to return to their home in Texas.
Even on June 3, 2007 Daniel Pavon Cuellar went with his son to the border of Mexico and U.S.A, Laredo, were Samantha Jennifer Lowry was to send anyone or go herself to the border to deliver their documents for them to be able to enter the United States.

But she did not send anyone, and did not go herself, even when three days before claimed the child was allergic to all types of formula and could die.

These were the types of lies made by Samantha Lowry and her family, stories of pity but far away from the truth.
Samantha Lowry who use the love and trust Daniel Pavon Cuellar had given her, had abandoned her own new born son, to use him to steal all from the allege father.

Samantha Jennifer Lowry and the Milner firm, rushed all proceedings and breached several rules of Justice and Law, breached treaties to obtain fast illegal decrees, and in only two and a half months, without service or notice they win a judgment and a decree on August 13 and 22, 2007.

Samantha Lowry and her attorneys conceal such judgment and decree, and purposely not sent them to the Pavon Cuellar family, a requirement by law.

Immediately thereafter, and in secret, Samantha Jennifer Lowry and her attorneys the Milner Law Firm, began to auction all the properties of the Pavon Cuellar family including hundreds of prime real estate acreage, as well as to empty all the bank accounts of the Artist Parents without notice or service. This way, even if the Pavon Cuellar family would find out of the fraud, they will not have money to defend their rights.

Months later, the parents of the Artist found their properties were been auctioned and their bank accounts emptied, an immediately hired an attorney Mark Ray Hernandez, who later found of the secret Judgment against them.

Soon after, on November 2007, a meeting took place with all the attorneys; attorneys of Samantha Jennifer Lowry, including the Milner Law Firm and Minton Burton Foster and Collins, the attorneys for the Artist Parents; Mark Ray Hernandez and Forest Nelson, also Daniel Pavon Cuellar attorney Roy Barrera, who all during a meeting of 10 hours length, hammered and reached a Settlement Agreement in all issues.

On December 3, 2007; The International Settlement Agreement was executed in Mexico where the child will need to remain in Mexico City under joint custody of the parents, the Travel Documents of the child will need to remain in The United States Embassy of Mexico to prevent the abduction of the child. Cecil K Scott (Cecil Kelly Scott) Consul of the United States Embassy of Mexico, personally took the duty to enforce this agreement.

Samantha Jennifer Lowry showed up to the meeting with her brother Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry and her boyfriend Tristan John Nind, who jointly and maliciously kidnapped the 8 month baby right after the meeting ended.
Samantha Lowry fled the Country of Mexico before a DNA test of the child, she had requested, took place.

Samantha Jennifer Lowry withholds up to date all documents, property, furniture, clothes homestead and other valuable property including the 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings in breach of the Settlement agreement and in violation of the laws and constitution of the United States if America.

Samantha Lowry in conspiracy with others sold illegally acreage owned by the Parents of The Artist.
Once the artist parents sued Samantha Lowry, who claims to have

“ indomitability, Samantha and the mob.”

Written by Samantha Lowry in one of her several letters of threats, black mail, and extortion against Daniel Pavon Cuellar and his family.

The artist father was murdered two weeks later after delivering evidence against them and immediately thereafter, The Artist and his mother received dead threats if they would go to the United States

Soon after, on May 2008, Daniel Pavon Cuellar commenced proceedings under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction with the administrative authorities of ICACU, Child Abduction Unit for England and Wales. ICACU is the administrative Authority for the compliance of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction which the main purpose of the treaty is to return abducted children to the place where they were abducted from..

The High Court of Justice of England is to hear the case, and the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction provides they should do so in 6 weeks.
